Please note that all staff in this Information Centre are volunteers and are giving their time freely to assist locals and visitors alike.


Come and see us for all local and Tourist Information.

Burnham-on-Sea is situated on the Bristol Channel with easy access to the Somerset Levels. With 7 miles of beautiful, sandy beach, it is an ideal holiday location for families and walkers. The flat terrain within the Burnham-on-Sea and Highbridge area means it is also an ideal location for elderly and disabled visitors. The area is also attractive to nature lovers, history enthusiasts, anglers and golfers.


The magnificent sweep of sand stretches from Burnham-on-Sea north to the holiday villages of Berrow and Brean, as far as the National Trust headland of Brean Down. 


For a holiday, a short break or a day out, Burnham-on-Sea has plenty to offer the visitor. Burnham-on-Sea and the surrounding area boast a superb selection of Hotels, Guest HousesHoliday Parks and Self catering accommodation.



With its close proximity to the M5, Burnham-on-Sea is also an ideal base from which to explore the West Country and its attractions.
